He is one of my favorite authors. When I was fourteen or fifteen, I don't remember exactly when, I saw 'The Client', the movie based on his novel. At that time I fell in love with Brad Renfro (what is he doing right now? is he still acting? I haven't seen him in movies since 'goodbye my friend'). Much much later my friend gave me a book, 'The Client', because she knew I loved the movie. I really really enjoyed the book. I think more than the movie. Since then I started reading John Grisham's novels.
So far, I read The Client, The Chamber, The Rainmaker, The Runaway Jury, The Last Juror, The Partner, The Street Lawyer, The Summons, The Broker, and A Painted House. Wow! I read a lot. I think he wrote around 23 novels. So there's a lot more to read!!
Even though his legal thrillers have many legal terms and legal situations, books are easy to read and follow. Whenever I read his book, I can't stop reading because I want to know how a main character will win the case with what legal mothods. absolute page turners!!!!!!!!!
